List your first property

  3. 3Add clear photos, title, rent, deposit details, property type, and amenities.
  4. 4Pin the correct area on the map and add helpful location context.
  5. 5Review the details, publish, and respond to interested users promptly.

List your first service

  1. 1Create a KejaYangu account and choose the service provider flow.
  2. 2Select the categories that match your work, such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical, or moving.
  3. 3Add your service areas, availability, pricing notes, and portfolio examples.
  4. 4Use a clear business name and description so customers know what to expect.
  5. 5Keep communication professional and respond quickly to serious requests.

Find and contact a provider

  1. 1Search from the app home screen or service discovery area.
  2. 2Compare provider descriptions, locations, ratings, and service details.
  3. 3Use in-app messaging or contact unlocks where available.
  4. 4Agree on scope, timing, and price before work begins.
  5. 5Report suspicious profiles or conversations to support.

Request account deletion

  1. 1Use the public Delete Account page or email support from your account email.
  2. 2Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent.
  3. 3Watch your email for verification from KejaYangu support.
  4. 4After verification, eligible account data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
